Board Members
In accordance with Sections 4(1) of the Seychelles Ports Authority Act 2004, upon the recommendation of the Minister responsible for Transport, the President of the Republic appointed the Board of the Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) on 15th February 2026. The Board’s mandate spans over the period of three years. The board has the key role of providing strategic and policy-related directions to SPA’s management that will foster SPA’s operational efficiency and innovations, staff competency, sustainable SPA investments, enhance business portfolio and growth in SPA finance.
